Cafe Musician

The Personal Helpers and Mentors Scheme supports people living with mental illness in our community.  We seek a volunteer to join our new community café team.  Your music will help to create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, where people can chat, and start to make connections in their community.

 

You will have musical skill, good communication, be happy to relate to people living with mental illness, and be willing to attend training around this.  You will become part of a relaxed but professional team, committed to positive outcomes in our community through this program.

 

The café operates on Monday mornings.  It is a stone’s throw from Bondi beach.
