• Use effective questioning and listening techniques to serve customers and sell them merchandise
• Use Point Of Sale equipment, including a key board, to register various sales transactions
• Move around and work for extended periods of time on hard tiled surfaces
• Lift and manually handle cartons and bags of stock (including loading, pushing and unloading stock trolleys)
• Use ladders to access stock in reserves and on the sales floor
• Clean and tidy the sales floor including vacuuming, mopping and dusting
