I have been in the retail industry for 38 years and I love the family atmosphere of the Noni B business and the support from Head Office. I like the challenge of running the Roselands store.

I’m attentive but not pushy, pleasant but not too familiar. I treat every customer as an individual depending on the personality.

I love selling fashion wear. I love helping a customer feel good about themselves and looking fantastic. I love the Liz casual wear because you get great value for money and you get the most wear out of it.

I have had many great achievements including winning the Roselands Centre – Fashion Retailer of the Year award and winning the Canterbury Retailer of the year award.

This is a full time position, working a flexible 76 hour / 2 week rotating roster.

Your role will be to drive sales through the effective management of your team with a focus on providing a customer experience that exceeds expectations by providing outstanding service.

You need to be an inspirational leader who thrives on driving sales to hit sales targets and creates a team environment that is focused on providing your customer with an amazing shopping experience. You will be required to provide your team with training and development to further their individual growth and maximise store performance.
