In my case, I like to build rapport with the customer as they enter our store by greeting them warmly and asking how their day has been. I allow them to take their time browsing through the store and let them be comfortable in the surroundings. I then approach them and ask conversational questions. This helps me to find them the most appropriate outfit complete with accessories.
